Our olive oil is pressed and bottled by a local family in the Veneto region in Northern Italy. Before pressing the olives, our producers select the best olives by hand. The press is just minutes away from the olive tree farms. This close proximity ensures the product’s freshness, as olives are pressed within 12 hours of harvesting ensuring very low acidity. It also enables us to support this local tight-knit group of olive oil farmers and producers, most of which have inherited their knowledge of olive oil production from past generations and find a true sense of partnership, family and pride with their peers as they produce this high-quality product.
